The Trick to Beat a Cold

I just got over a bad cold, and this really helped. Stay healthy this season!
Things You’ll Need:
- Cayenne Pepper
- Lemon
- Honey

Step 1
Bring 8 oz of water to a slight boil and pour into cup

Step 2
Add one Tablespoon of Honey

Step 3
Squeeze in 1/2 a fresh lemon

Step 4
Dash in Cayenne Pepper to taste or tolerance

Step 5
Drink while hot and lay down bundled up tight in warm covers

Step 6
Try this now and you will begin to feel so much better. By morning you will have a bounce back in your step and not feel so drained. Not sick?
